I'd personally just suggest that a lot of that is simply lack of practice. The more you get fucked, the easier (and more pleasurable and more addicting) it becomes. You simply get better at it.

Now, of course, different guys start out in different places...some guys love it right from the very beginning. Others need to work a bit.
