GEE WOW I have never been into water sports! So I guess I am of no help on the subject. I think of piss, and shit for that matter, as toxic waste byproducts to be gotten rid of as unobtrusively as possible and in no way connected with the pleasure of man to man contact. On the health issue: the piss of a healthy man is harmless. It is sterile and mildly antiseptic. There are problem areas if the pisser has a sexually transmitted infection. Sub Cumhole is right - Your own piss is actually sterile to your body due to the filtering your body performs internally. You can use piss to wash out cuts and the like. But he's also right that you can't quite assume the same of the guys you play with. Chances are it won't be an issue, but there's the possibility they've got something you could catch through piss.
