Pic in thread posts?

I've noticed some people have pics that show up to the left of their thread posts and some don't. I have a picture when you actually click to view my profile, but it doesn't show up (at least to me) when I post a message in a thread. Didn't see a setting option for this but thought someone might have insight!

Hi, Hotboi01,

You need to go to "Edit your profile" and there edit your "avatar", besides editing your profile pic.
