Help with a blog...

I posted my first blog at the wknd but for some reason no one can see it. It has a weird symbol next to it (something green with a red cross?!) and says "moderated" when you hover the mouse over it. I can see it but no one else can access it... Can anyone help?

Posts in the members' blog area have to be approved before they go live. I delete probably 25% of what gets posted there because it's the wrong section of the site to post that particular thing (and I can't move from blog to forum)...
