GI Joe Bathhouse Montréal

I thought I'd start a few threads on the different bathhouses in Montréal. First up is the only one I've gone to in a while - GI Joe.



GI Joe is really centrally located - right in the center of the gay village. I was told they have new owners. They've recently done a renovation - the rooms are now "decorated", etc. BUT then they've got gum stuck in the carpets and your feet turn black from walking around there. Frankly I'd rather have basic black rooms and steam cleaned carpets. The new owners also upped the price and so fewer guys are going (Montrealers are pretty price conscious).

GI Joe use to be great, but I gotta say this past time it sorta sucked. Apparently it's now the sorta place that's only good on particular nights - which is too bad.

So what's your experience with GI Joe?

Was told to go to GI Joe's on a Saturday night and it was very busy. Friday night was less busy but still had some fun. Heard it was dead on most other nights.
